The Maximum Backup Distance parameter allows a missed Shear or Punch target to be accessed by reversing the material. It also places a limit on how far it can reverse.

This parameter has been available on the XL220 for many years and recently enabled on the XL270 Tile Machine controller when a 3D shear is configured as well as all Closed Loop Feeder models.

This change enables it for all Open Loop Feeder controller models.
