Changes made for Pathfinder V5 PC's.

A bug fix was made when changing a machine option or configuration in the UI would freeze the system and not shut down Pathfinder. This introduced a race condition elsewhere in the code that pretty much discarded the powerdown command when just shutting down Pathfinder which would leave outputs like Controller OK on. A fix has been implemented to make sure the power down command is sent when shutting down Pathfinder.
