Changes made for Pathfinder 5226 controllers.

Non-taper parts: if Setup ID 826 is zero, BG2 gets the BG1 target instead of parking. Same three-line change in both bend loaders.

New Is_Paired_BackGauge() helper. When paired, BG2 takes the same finger offset BG1 was given and skips its own finger-1 raise logic so both carriages stay parallel.

Jog rework: a jog of either backgauge first aligns the two (the trailing one moves to the other's position, flagged as an "align jog" so no finger offset is applied), and once parallel a jog moves both together with the target clamped to both axes' travel limits and conflict-checked for both.
