Changes made for Pathfinder controllers.

Instead of jumping straight to max counts when relief turns on, simulated pressure starts 10 percent below the working pressure and ramps 1 percent every 200 ms. This exists to exercise the pressure wait loops that group 4 touches, so it belongs with that checkin.
